PULP DISINTEGRATOR
UNITECH INSTRUMENTS Pulp Disintegrator is very useful for Standardized Disintegration of pulp to form a Corresponding Suspension, which is required for the Formation of hand Sheets and for other R&D purposes. The pulp is given mechanical treatment in water so that interlaced fibers, which were free in the pulp stock, are once again separated from one another without appreciably changing their structural properties.
This disintegrator is very easy to use and cannot be switched on without its pulp container in the place. The Propeller Shaft, driven by a motor via Stepped Timing Belt ensures a direct drive without slippage and ensures that the subsequent pulp brightness test is free from “Copper Ion” contamination
FLOATATION CELL
UNITECH INSTRUMENTS Floatation Cell is very useful & High Sensitive Instrument to study the “De-Inking Effect” of Printed Recycled Paper by “Floatation Method” in laboratory. The Unit consists of a Specially Designed Stainless Steel Container of Capacity 25-Ltrs with an aerator and a drain value. The foam formed during the test, over flows and is collected in the secondary container for evaluation of the ink contents.
The Floatation unit along with precise drive motor having variable speed is mounted on a base platform for quick & easy operation and the “Digital Revolution Counter” is mounted on the operational control panel.
LABORATRY ROTARY DIGESTER
UNITECH INSTRUMENTS Rotary Digester is used for cooking of Raw Materials, such as Wood Chips and various Fibrous materials under specified & controlled conditions of Pressure, Temperature & Time, prior to “Producing the Pulp”. The rotations of cooking vessel with the change of turning direction, ensures efficient agitation of the pulp.
The Acid Proof Stainless Steel Rotary Vessel is tested to withstand at Pressure up to 15 kg/cm² & Temperature up to 200°C. The Perforated Basket inside the Vessel enables to easy lift and separate the cooked material from the black liquor, after the cooking is over. The Heating is performed electrically, through a set of jacketed heaters.
The safety valve & pressure gauge are mounted on the vessel’s sealing lid and provided with Microprocessor Based Temperature Indicator Cum Controller with facility of more Detailed Pre-Programming to Control the Boiling Sequence. The surface, in contact with the pulp are made of Acid Proof Stainless Steel.

BEATING & FREENESS TESTER (SR TYPE) MECHANICAL LIFTING MODEL
UNITECH INSTRUMENTS Beating & Freeness Tester (SR Type) is used for determination of refining as freeness of wood fiber, ground wood Mechanical pulp and recycle fibers. It measures the drainage capacity of beaten pulp and checking the progress of beating process. This Model has provision of Mechanically controlled lifting of valve. Plexiglas Double Graduated measuring cylinder is provided to check the obtained Schopper Riegler value.

BEATING & FREENESS TESTER (SR TYPE) PNEUMATIC LIFTING MODEL
UNITECH INSTRUMENTS Beating & Freeness Tester (SR Type) is used for determination of refining as freeness of wood fiber, ground wood Mechanical pulp and recycle fibers. It measures the drainage capacity of beaten pulp and checking the progress of beating process. This Model has Pneumatic arrangement which ensures, the constant lifting rate of the Sealing Cone. A Plexiglass Double Graduated measuring cylinder is provided to check the obtained Schopper Riegler value.
The equipment is intended for long fibered pulps that produce a dense fibre mat on the screen.

BEATING & FREENESS TESTER (CSF TYPE)
UNITECH INSTRUMENTS Beating & Freeness Tester (CSF) is used for determination of freeness of wood fibre, ground wood and mechanical pulp. It measures the Canadian Freeness number which is a measurement of the drainage capacity of different pulp types. It is a useful index of the amount of mechanical treatment given to the pulp With standard screen plate and Plexiglas measuring cylinder for CSF value.
